  1. 1. Oil a meatloaf pan or line a baking tray so it won’t stick.
  2. 2. Put all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix together with your hands until all the ingredients are mixed thoroughly. Except sliced bacon and parmesan cheese.
  3. 3. Form into a large meatloaf shape on the lined baking tray or press into meatloaf pan. Cover with the bacon slices and sprinkle on parmesan cheese (optional).
  4. 4. Bake at 350F for 50 minutes or until thoroughly cooked in the middle.
