  1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
  2. Rinse and dry chicken, then place Whole Chicken in a glass baking dish, breast side up.
  3. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt and parsley into a sauce. Can use a hand blender or food processor.
  4. Pour the sauce chicken covering all areas
  5. Bake for 1.5 hours basting with the juices every 30 minutes.
