  1. Preheat over to 375 degrees.
  2. Toss edamame beans, curry powder, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix until beans are fully coated.
  3. Spread beans on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in oven for 15 minutes.
